TACCOM BARREL

Now in stock and made for your CMMG, Ceiner or spikes 22LR conversions......annoucing the new TACCOM Ultra Light Weight (ULW) Barrel.

This barrel is 17" long by 1" diameter. It weight is only 14 ounces and comes with a barrel collar for your conversion.

The barrel is made from 4 pieces....416SS steel barrel, 416SS breech, aluminum shroud; powder coated black and an aluminum cap.

This is a tensioned barrel....it may be super ultra light, but it is VERY stiff.

We've been seeing 1" ave groups with bulk 22LR ammo, less with match ammo....it is very promising.

Developed mainly for Steel challenge or Ruger Rimfire, you can also use this barrel for training as well....any trigger time is a good time.

MSRP on the is $159.95 and will be availible this weekend on our website.

And yes.....our very own upper, with a TACCOM designed bolt assembly is not too far off
we are moving up and developing the best and innovative firearm accessories for you, the shooter; it is our vision and our passion.

Quick question: i presume the bore on this is the appropriate diameter for 22LR (unlike the slightly larger bore of a converted .223). Is this this case?

you would be correct.....it is a 22LR barrel and is 1:16 twist.

What's nice is, if you already have a CMMG or Ceiner or ??? 22conversion for the AR15, you can just replace the chamber adaptor with the included barrel collar, install in your upper and drive on.

I was out to the range today.....bright and early. Got to try many types of ammo.

I must say, I am rather impressed with CCI Mini Mag, Eley target and Wolf match ammo.....they seemed to provide the best ave. groups through out the day. The following was a do or die....10 shot's one group of each of the ammo I had on hand.
