If go with Tripp, I highly suggest using Dawson metal basspad, which makes the hold on magazines way more easier and solid.

Dawson = Metalform tube and their own spring/follower and pad.

Robbie Leatham says this is the only combination he runs in 9mm (There is another thread on this somewhere.)

When I got my 9mm up and running, I tried Wilson, Tripp and Dawson/Metalform.

The Wilson wouldn't feed reliably at all (this is with 124 JHP MG bullets.)
The Tripp worked well, but wasn't as smooth as the Dawson. I sold the other mags and now run the Dawson exclusively.

The only negative comment I have about the Dawson mags is that they are a real bitch to get the rounds out when loaded to capacity.

I have a SA loaded and a custom caspian commander in 9mm. I anm running 10 round Metalform mags with zero problems. I also have some Tripp .38 Super mags that run well in the commander but are iffy in the SA.
