Need some help. I was trying to explain to a shooter why the Versa Double Mag pouch was illegal for IDPA and went to the rulebook for guidence. I found the equipment section and reviewed how the pouch must cover the mag etc but i cannot site any reason why these pouches are illegal. Can someone please help me out by giving me the exact ruling on this? What page in the rulebook specifically.

I tried to post this on the idpa forum but i cant access it right now for some reason.
