My wife loves Tea. She swears by the chamomile when she is feeling stressed.

I took them for the 1st time during a man vs man steel challenge last month, man vs man gets me so anxious than IPSC style matches, and it worked fine :) I have not since took them again, coz I laid off for awhile(family issues). But I can say with some sips, with no intent of finishing the recommended serving size (w/c gets me sleepy before), I was in a calm and relaxed mood. So for sure they will be on my range bag on my Starbuck's tumbler next time

Instead of a Starbucks tumbler, get this guy!

With the lid closed you can shake it upside down with zero leakage.

:D
