Yes, I know that some of the divisions we have now are underrepresented at times. Even if only a few people decided to shoot it it would still be a blast. I had a great time shooting M.O.R. at the Northwest Multigun last weekend and would do it more often if available. The only drawback I see to just adding it as another division is that the rifle portion would take longer and slow the match. To keep things rolling the scoring should favor one shot only on each target. For USPSA scored matches doubling the hit would make sense (a single A becomes two, a single C becomes 2 a single miss becomes 2). What if on time plus score systems a single hit on paper neutralizes, with a bonus for an A? Steel is steel so no bonus. The amount of the bonus would need to be worked out, possibly 2 seconds per A? As for equipment, How about any non-autoloading centerfire rifle .223 or greater (can be gas operated with gas turned off, but no hand cycling an autoloader spraying live rounds everywhere) 10 rnds max in rifle mags, unlimited optics, a single bipod that can be removed or replaced (but only 1 bipod can be used for the entire match), if you start with a can you can't take it off, no bags, socks, or rear monopods. All other equipment and scoring could be the same as limited or scope tac.
Would I be the only one who would try such a division?
