My supply is running out and the manufacturer is backordered.
Anyone suggest a place to buy 147 grain plated RN bullets, .38 cal, .357 diameter?

Much appreciated.

PB

I have never used them but a friend mentioned these to me not long ago http://www.thebullet...-147 rn pl.htm. Xtreme also seems to make them http://xtremebullets.com/plated.htm.

I'll try the second one. The first, The Bullet Works link is the same bullet I've been shooting. They are out of stock.
Thanks,
PB

Its a good idea to test links in the preview screen before posting, it helps you avoid posting broken links, like the one to Xtreme Bullets above.

This place, http://www.tjconever...emebullets.html , sells Extreme bullets, they don't show them on the website but they can probably get them and the prices are pretty good.

Indeed. The link would have worked had I chosen not to end my sentence with a period (.) or if I had used the proper insert link function.

If there's a Sportsman's Warehouse nearby, they usually have a decent supply of Berry's and HSM plated bullets. The prices aren't the best but they're not bad, especially when you factor in no shipping charges.

I can't help you 147 gr. Berry's makes a 158 gr RN plated bullet that I've had very good luck with.
