My weeks worth of training. I am shooting open this year and only have about 1500 rounds through my open gun. This is how I am using airsoft to get myself up to speed in open division using airsoft. These are just real training clips, not edited or carved, just how I really do it. maybe some ideas here for others using airsoft. I am using steel challlenge style plates, uspsa style poppers and a stop plate. target set out to match uspsa min 23 feet.

Very nice :)
The same (and, of course, more) is happening in Lithuania, Tactical Training Centre, where people can come and be trained by professionals :)
What I shoot:
Baikal MP512 (NS 4-12x42)
Weihrauch HW97k (NS 10-50x60)
Custom Hi-Capa Dragon (Open class)

Lets see the "more", post some video so we can get some ideas. What are your trainiers professional in? Can someone be a professional airsofter in Lithuania?

As it is only the beginning, I can post only some footage from the first Airsoft IPSC competitions and the first trainings.
Here is one of the first trainings:
http://videogaga.one...turneinqdhurtvp
there are TONS of failures (that was the reason we took this video - to learn from our mistakes).

this is the first ever Airsoft IPSC competition in Lithuania. This was held in order to attract shooters to try airsoft.

However, a lot of time passed since these videos were taken. TTC (Tactical Training Centre) has moved to a hall that is much larger, much work was done. Shooters have improved their skills / equipment significantly.

We have had one more Airsoft IPSC competition (i only have photos from it: http://www.facebook....63318271&ref=mf )

What do you mean "professional airsofter"? Our trainers shoot firearms and they work more with tactical shooting (this is way more complicated than sports shooting). They use their skills in their everyday work. We are adapting their skills to our needs :)

I promise to capture more videos, if you are interested :) Another small Airsoft IPSC competition in Lithuania is coming soon (february 27).

There are quite a lot of people interested in Airsoft IPSC in Lithuania. However, only a few shoot well - but that's why the trainings are held :)
Something like you do in your video, is also being worked at :)
What I shoot:

"The Tactical", mmm, I'll have to look into that division of shooting, because its more complicated, it must be better.

I love your videos Phil! I've borrowed a couple of them for my setup and adapted others. Between the various steel plates/poppers and a way that I can put paper target up too, i can make smal stages for myself. And i figured a way to make my star into an popper activated swinger :) I have a giant box that I can stand up as barriers and I cut ports in it too. I like being able to vary some small mini stages. If I ever get a decent video camera, ill try to get some videos of it.

I may try some of these basic moving drills too. seems like a great way to get ready for the season!

This sounded sarcastic.
IPSC and Tactical shooting are completely different. If you try tactical shooting in IPSC competitions, you will definately be last with extremely long timing. :)
